This service will help the agency track trending topics, influential actors, discussion tonality, and message relevance across various information spaces. The scope of work covers Syrian local news outlets including print, online, television, and radio. The monitoring also encompasses Syrian social media platforms such as Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms relevant to the Syrian information space. Additionally, the agency requires coverage of regional and international media outlets that possess significant coverage or influence on Syrian affairs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
