One Time Passcode Services via API

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide one-time passcode services via an application programming interface. The selected provider must support, at a minimum, short message service passcodes, over-the-top channels such as WhatsApp, and authenticator applications. The agency also prefers optional support for email passcodes and text-to-speech voice call passcodes. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than specifying a set funding limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026.
