Software Services

The agency is seeking software services to support contracted services in the areas of coaching, professional development, speaking engagements, and training for various education and enrichment divisions. The requested software must manage profile forms, outputs, signatures, services, events, documents, assessments, courses, and training. Additionally, the system must handle curriculum, class attendance, case notes, workflow, and base operational and ad-hoc reporting. The scope of work requires an electronic contract processing system that allows contract routing, electronic signatures, searchable database storage, and contract term tracking. The agency also requires digital forms software to automate customer information collection, customization, and retention, replacing paper-based processes with response-based experiences. Finally, the platform must include a remote learning platform, an online survey platform, and a school application for child nutrition and staff. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for this project.
