Cloud-Based Clinical Imaging Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cloud-based clinical imaging services. The project addresses the need for secure ingestion, normalization, and storage of imaging data alongside automated routing and image transfer capabilities. The agency requires a secure cloud-based or hybrid imaging repository that features end-to-end encryption for both on-site and cloud-hosted data. The scope of work covers the configuration of imaging protocols per study and workflow automation for image review, adjudication, and reporting. The requested system must integrate with clinical trial platforms and support multi-reader workflows and adjudication processes. The agency also requires a web-based viewer with annotation and measurement tools, API-based integrations with a preference for RESTful APIs, and AI-assisted insights if available. Bidders must provide a statement explaining their ability to de-identify and export data for research purposes. The selected provider must deliver twenty-four-seven technical support and supply standard and customizable reporting dashboards. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
