The issuing agency is seeking a creative partner to provide high-quality graphic design and creative services. The agency needs to support its research, communications, fundraising, and public engagement efforts through visually compelling, accessible, and brand-aligned materials. This initiative aims to strengthen the consistency and impact of the agency brand across a variety of print and digital formats. The selected partner must participate in a creative direction meeting and ensure all designs remain consistent with established brand guidelines. The scope of work covers ten static social media posts per month, three reels, and four story templates. Additionally, the agency requires marketing materials such as flyers, promotional graphics, posters, and banner ads on an as-needed basis. The project also requires ten social media graphics to accompany a specific report, along with two variations of website house ads for a brief. The agency will provide its brand guidelines and a brand photography library to assist with these tasks. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
