RFI for Visual Messaging System

The agency is seeking information from qualified solution providers that can support a real-time visual messaging system. The agency needs to ensure equitable access to announcements for passengers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Additionally, the agency aims to strengthen real-time communication coverage across vessels and terminals. The project covers providing timely and accurate visual versions of critical messages on passenger-facing channels. These channels include mobile devices, web platforms, and digital signage. Performance of the work will take place onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this system.
