The City is seeking a strategic, highly creative branding and marketing firm to lead a comprehensive branding and economic development effort. The selected partner must create an implementation plan for the City and its community partners to execute a multi-channel, integrated destination and economic development marketing and advertising campaign. The primary goal is to establish a cohesive brand identity that drives economic growth and enhances the City's destination appeal. The scope of work requires the development of a concise campaign messaging framework and the translation of brand positioning into plain-language messaging for public use. The agency needs messaging that is highly adaptable across digital, print, and in-person applications. Additionally, the project covers the development and execution of a targeted digital media strategy, including the management of paid placements across digital platforms to amplify storytelling content. The selected firm must optimize campaign performance over the activation period and deliver assets in social-ready and print-adaptable formats. Specific deliverables include city banners featuring a new logo and customizable social media templates. All performance of the work will occur offsite, and eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States organizations.
