Engagement Services

The agency is seeking an Ireland-based organization to provide engagement services to assist in delivering its strategy. The selected provider must possess a proven track record of winning funding, developing organizational profiles, creating policy responses, and demonstrating leadership at the European level. The scope of work covers profile raising, network development, identifying funding opportunities, proposal development, and ensuring policy alignment and the impact of engagement. Performance of the contract will take place offsite over a one-year period. The agency is looking for bidders to submit budget proposals for this work, as no pre-determined budget is specified. Only organizations based onshore in Ireland are eligible to bid for this opportunity. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's ability to deliver on the specified engagement, funding, and policy alignment requirements.
