A government authority located in Los Angeles, California is seeking professional services across seventeen specific service group categories to support its infrastructure and planning initiatives. The agency requires qualified firms to provide expertise in roadway design, pavement, roundabout design, structures, and quality control/quality assurance. Additional service categories encompass traffic operations and design, development review and traffic analysis, traffic systems and intelligent transportation systems, and transportation planning and policy. The scope of work also covers development and environmental analysis, utility design and engineering, utility coordinating and relocation, environmental analysis and technical studies, and environmental review and documentation/peer review. To complete the service spectrum, the agency is requesting permitting and regulatory compliance/preconstruction services, mapping and land development services, and geospatial and GIS services. All contracted work must be performed offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
