Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning and Implementation Partner Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and an experienced implementation partner to improve service delivery, strengthen financial and operational controls, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The project covers core capabilities including financial management, human resource management, municipal-specific financial management, budgeting and financial planning, citizen self-service, and procurement. The agency requires an intuitive, user-friendly, and adaptable solution that standardizes processes, integrates with current and future systems, and reduces duplicate data entry and manual interfaces. The implementation partner must develop and execute a full data migration strategy, which includes master data governance, data mapping, cleansing guidance, data extraction, loading, and validation. The partner will also plan and execute the ERP deployment, establishing readiness checkpoints, go or no-go criteria, cutover planning, and technical readiness. To ensure a cohesive implementation from planning through ongoing support, the partner must provide an approach that improves accountability and reduces delivery risk. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
