Cloud-Based Transportation Planning, Mapping, Scheduling, and Public Outreach Platform

The agency is seeking a cloud-based transportation planning, mapping, scheduling, and public outreach platform to improve its transit design and community engagement capabilities. The platform must allow users to quickly draw transit service, walking, and other modal lines, as well as add bus and rail routes from a pre-loaded list informed by the agency. The system must also enable the visualization of census and custom data layers, the addition of map annotations, and the customization of graphic displays such as line weights and basemaps. To support collaborative planning, the agency requires a tool that allows multiple users to work simultaneously, measure spatial distances, and search for places, lines, and stations. The platform must provide instant in-map statistics, including service costs, vehicle counts, and population served. Additionally, the agency needs the ability to quickly publish user-friendly, dynamic maps to the general public. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
