The agency is seeking a computerized maintenance management system to provide a unified, centralized view of maintenance operations across all institutions. The scope of work requires enhancing operational efficiency and resource utilization by automating work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking. The selected vendor must create and execute a secure migration plan for historical data from legacy systems. Additionally, the system must provide robust reporting, analytics, mobile access for field staff, and support integration with other enterprise systems to enable centralized management and visibility across all facilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
