The City is seeking a secure, closed large language model solution to help staff and the community access accurate information regarding development regulations and permitting processes. The agency needs to solve the problem of inefficient information retrieval by utilizing specific municipal source data to generate consistent, factual, and real-time responses to inquiries. The scope of work covers natural language processing tasks, enterprise artificial intelligence system delivery, and integration with Microsoft and Single Sign-On for administrative user provisioning.
