Microsoft 365 and Related Cloud Development, Administration and Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking Microsoft 365 and related cloud development, architectural, configuration, migration, integration, administration, security, and support services. The agency needs to support collaboration, productivity, identity, security, and business process needs across its Microsoft 365 tenants and related Microsoft cloud services. This initiative aims to maintain and enhance existing and future Microsoft cloud capabilities in a stable, secure, and well-governed manner. The scope of work covers development, administration, integration, and operational support for collaboration, productivity, workflow, identity, security, and business process solutions. Supported services include Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Hybrid, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview. The agency requires support for any successor or rebranded Microsoft cloud services made available during the term of the agreement. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
