Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization Credit Research Subscription Solution

The Federal Housing Finance Agency is seeking a nationally recognized statistical rating organization credit research subscription solution. The agency needs online access to a commercially available off-the-shelf credit research, analysis, and relevant data subscription. This solution must provide credit research, analysis, and relevant data for financial entities in the banking and insurance sectors to support counterparty risk analysis of regulated entities. The scope of work covers banking system and industry reviews, outlooks, and credit analysis, as well as insurance industry reviews, outlooks, and credit analysis. The requested subscription must deliver up-to-date periodic credit and liquidity analysis and outlooks for individual banking and insurance companies. Additionally, the agency requires a website and a Microsoft Excel plug-in with the capability to set multiple monitoring portfolios. The agency requires an enterprise-wide license providing access to unlimited authorized users across the entire organization. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific key dates or evaluation criteria in the initial request.
