RFI for Ready Data Products Services in the SIPRNet War Data Platform

The agency is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing ready data products services within the SIPRNet War Data Platform. The primary objective is to establish repeatable processes for the end-to-end data lifecycle in the war data platform to ensure all data products are trusted, auditable, and decision-ready. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of transforming raw data into highly reliable, accessible, and AI-ready formats for military decision-makers. The scope of work requires cleaning, validating, enriching, standardizing, and aligning data as War Data Platform Silver Tables. Vendors must curate, version, govern, and publish decision-ready War Data Platform Gold Tables in an accessible format. Additionally, the project covers engineering AI Vectorization and Embedding Generation pipelines to convert Gold Tables into AI-ready formats while leveraging existing platform AI capabilities to accelerate mapping, profiling, alignment, anomaly detection, and documentation. The agency requires the establishment and execution of a comprehensive data intelligence and active data governance framework. This framework must include automated data quality monitoring, end-to-end data lineage, active metadata management, and process governance. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial request.
