The Holly Springs, North Carolina government authority is seeking an outsourced partner to provide comprehensive, proactive information technology management, helpdesk support, and advanced cybersecurity infrastructure. The agency needs to ensure operational continuous availability, sophisticated data protection, reliable remote and onsite support, and predictable cost management. To solve these operational challenges, the agency requires a vendor to deliver remote monitoring and management, endpoint detection and response, automated patch management, and full disk image workstation backups. The scope of work covers continuous centralized telemetry, automated patch deployment, hardware lifecycle monitoring, and proactive remediation of technical faults across all designated endpoints. The requested endpoint detection and response software must utilize behavioral analysis and real-time threat detection to neutralize sophisticated fileless or zero-day exploits. Additionally, the selected provider must maintain an active, responsive High Availability Service Desk delivering unlimited standard operational troubleshooting under a fixed framework. Initial onboarding tasks include comprehensive device discovery, technical auditing, asset mapping, centralized software tool deployment, exhaustive security sweeping, and corporate password vault provisioning. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
