Professional Geotechnical Database Administration Support, Dynamic Pile Testing, Geophysical Engineering, Survey, And Testing Services

The New York government authority is seeking professional geotechnical database administration support, dynamic pile testing, geophysical engineering, survey, and testing services. The agency requires these services to support the investigation and design for all projects and structures involving earth or rock engineering. This work includes subsurface investigations, design analyses, contract document preparation, and construction support. The selected vendor must provide qualified staff, including a GIS Analyst, an AutoCAD Drafter or similar technical title, and a Data Entry Specialist. These personnel will administer and support the authority's geotechnical databases and input current and historical data into the systems. Specific tasks include preparing historical geotechnical boring data, performing quality assurance and quality control checks on data entry spreadsheets, and assisting with functionality changes to the EQuIS database for reports and drawings. The scope also requires importing data into EQuIS and AutoCAD databases from spreadsheets or EDGE input files, maintaining a data entry log, and ensuring all base maps in AutoCAD remain updated. Additionally, the agency requires user training on ArcGIS, EQuIS, and other applications, as well as the preparation, updating, or expansion of step-by-step user manuals. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite. The authority has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
