Ireland - ICT Managed Services

The government authority located in Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive ICT managed services. The authority requires second and third level support of selected applications, as well as support of their telephony system, both of which will have existing contracts in place with third-party suppliers. The selected partner must also deliver programming and application development services, IT service and help desk operations, and IT operations management. The scope of work covers hardware support services, software support services, network management services, security and backup services, and regular service reporting. The authority is directing that all performance of the work must occur offsite. The contract period will span three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Ireland. The authority is looking for budget proposals within the submitted bids rather than providing a pre-determined budget signal. All clarification questions must be submitted to the authority no later than July 10, 2026.
