Esri ArcGIS Urban Scenario Planning Creation of Digital Design Models Service

The Tompkins County government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide Esri ArcGIS urban scenario planning and digital design model creation services. The agency needs to integrate its existing geographic information system environment, which currently utilizes ArcGIS Pro, utility network, and Cartegraph, into ArcGIS Urban. This integration aims to support data-driven planning decisions through geospatial analysis, economic development analysis, land value economics, revenue modeling, suitability analysis, and spatial pattern identification. The scope of work covers several key areas including data collection and analysis, geographic information systems, and fiscal analysis of development. The selected vendor will also perform scenario planning, master planning, digital twin creation, transect-based development, and environmental assessments. All project work will take place offsite.
