Emergency Medical Services

The government authority in Laurinburg, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide emergency medical services and advanced life support response for 911 emergency calls. The agency requires these services on a continuous basis, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred sixty-five days per year. The selected provider must supply, at its own expense, at least two qualified and duly licensed healthcare professionals for each ambulance, with at least one licensed at the paramedic level to qualify the vehicle as an Advanced Life Support ambulance. The agency requires the vendor to cooperate diligently and in good faith to resolve any complaints by patients or other third parties concerning the services. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite in the local jurisdiction. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 29, 2026.
