Transcription and Court Reporting Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional transcription and court reporting services for special education administrative pre-hearings and hearings conducted throughout the state. The agency needs verbatim written transcripts, verbatim electronic transcripts, and audio or digital recordings of these proceedings. The scope of work covers both in-person and virtual attendance at due process hearings held in court houses and other accessible facilities, as well as reporting services for teleconferences or in-person hearings at the election of the hearing officer. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite, and bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
