RFI for Test Support Equipment Control and Monitoring Systems

The government authority located in Edwards, California requires test support equipment control and monitoring systems to maintain proper operation of the affected agency. The agency is seeking a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain existing hardware and software Siemens Control Systems. The selected contractor must maintain, manage, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, configure, connect, and commission both the hardware and software components of the system. The scope of work covers Siemens PXC Modular Building Controller panels and enclosures, Siemens Automation-level processors, digital and analog input and output modules, field-level controllers, and Siemens actuators and control valve assemblies. Specific system components include Desigo CC Graphics, Desigo CC CFC/SCL programming code, Siemens BACnet/IP Automation-Level PXC Series Controllers, and Siemens Desigo Field Panels. The project also encompasses Desigo Field-Level Controllers and a Siemens PXC-series controller air-gapped alarm system equipped with a 24 VDC power supply and a UPS battery backup system. The agency requires the contractor to provide phone support to remedy system issues. If phone support cannot resolve a situation, the contractor must arrive on-site within six hours for mission-critical corrective maintenance, available twenty-four hours a day. All performance of the work must take place on-site at the Edwards, California location. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contract period will span one year. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
