Arsenic Media Replacement Service

The Town of Oxford, Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide arsenic media replacement services for two vessels. The agency requires the provision of approximately 138 cubic feet of virgin granular Bayoxide E33 media, with each vessel receiving about 69 cubic feet. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the extraction and replacement of the spent media. The scope of work requires the contractor to extract the spent media by pumping or vacuuming it into suitable transport containers. The contractor must also conduct a visual inspection of each vessel to assess its overall condition, identify any leaks, and note areas of concern. Additionally, the contractor must provide residential bulk collection and yard waste collection services as part of the contract. The agency is issuing this opportunity as a five-year contract. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
