Cloud-Based Electronic Documentation System

The agency is seeking a secure, cloud-based, comprehensive electronic documentation system for school nursing services to enable all public schools to operate in a paperless, uniform, complete, and confidential manner. This system must integrate demographic student data from school information systems such as PowerSchool and Infinite Campus. The solution must also support secure electronic data exchange and interoperability with approved external healthcare, billing, and reporting systems. The requested scope of work requires future integration capabilities with additional State-approved systems and services without replacing the core solution. The system must support configurable automated notifications and communications related to screenings, immunizations, referrals, and other student health activities. Additionally, the platform must support configurable data validation rules, required-field controls, and the ability for users to partially complete records or forms, save progress, and resume work later. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
