Academic Scheduling Management System

The agency is seeking a web or cloud-based academic scheduling management system with mobile capabilities and compatibility with multiple web browsers. The system must feature a simple, user-friendly interface for viewing space availability, accessing information about individual spaces, and searching for and reviewing events. Additionally, the agency requires a user-friendly interface for submitting events and a color-coded calendar of events. The requested software must track the availability of rooms and resources across multiple campuses, allowing multiple users to search for and request spaces. The system needs to support resource requests for items such as tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment. It must also accommodate set-up and tear-down windows for back-to-back events, support different start and end times for events within a single request, and allow customizable event routing based on space, requestor, or event type. The agency requires the ability to tailor fields in event request forms based on organizational needs and establish multiple levels of approval for events. The system must also interface or connect with student ID or similar third-party student tracking software. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and they will perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the system.
