The City of Richmond, California, is seeking a vendor to deliver Trimble Unity optimization program services. The agency requires the creation of a strategic plan to establish unified workflows connecting work orders, inspections, inventory, risk analytics, and reporting. This initiative aims to solve operational silos by implementing field-to-office workflows and comprehensive asset lifecycle management spanning planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, repair, and decommissioning. The scope of work encompasses financial and capital planning integration with ERP Pro financial software, alongside compliance automation for sanitary sewer overflows. The selected vendor must optimize the Unity Field mobile app, establish connected data workflows, implement AI-assisted work management, and deploy a barcode system.
