Enterprise Video Management System

The University is seeking an enterprise video management system to deliver a complete and fully operational solution. This procurement covers system hardware and licensing, professional services, full installation, initial configuration, extensive on-site training, ongoing technical support, servicing, maintenance, and related implementation services. The selected vendor must provide complete vendor-managed installation and implementation, including software deployment, server and storage configuration, system optimization, camera onboarding, integration setup, testing, and go-live support. The agency requires a detailed approach for migrating existing video management data, configuration settings, camera metadata, user roles, maps, retention settings, and other system information from the current environment to the proposed solution. Bidders must also provide a transition plan that supports continuity of operations during implementation, including any recommended overlap period between the existing system and the new solution. The performance of the work will be offsite, though the training component must be delivered on-site. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to establish budget parameters, and the resulting contract period will be for five years.
