RFI for Public Safety and Operations Technology System

The issuing agency is seeking information on commercially available public safety and operations technology systems. The agency needs to identify solutions that provide one Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) capability and two Records Management System (RMS) capabilities. The project covers various deployment models, including on-premises and hosted solutions, along with the associated responsibilities for each model. The requested CAD capabilities must include call intake, event creation from multiple sources, incident prioritization, unit assignment, and status tracking. The agency also requires information on integrated Artificial Intelligence programs, time-stamped activity logs, mobile access for field units, and search functions for historical incidents. Additionally, the CAD system must support configurable workflows, locations, unit identifiers, and operational reporting for response times and activity levels. The requested RMS capabilities must support report writing and case management for incidents and investigations. The agency requires role-based access control, audit tracking, records retention, export capabilities, dashboards, and analytical reporting. The agency also seeks information on work order systems, integration with CAD or RMS platforms, and general system integration capabilities such as APIs and interfaces. The agency is requesting information on implementation approaches, estimated timelines, data migration capabilities, configuration options, training programs, and ongoing support models. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to respond to this request. The work will be performed entirely offsite, and responders must submit their information digitally via email or online.
