Mass Notification System

The agency is seeking an updated emergency mass notification system to replace or upgrade its current capabilities. The selected contractor must provide remote implementation, configuration assistance, and technical support for the new system. To ensure data security, the agency will own all system configuration data, activation logs, and preset configurations on a hosted server, with no contractor access allowed to data at rest. The scope of work requires seamless integration across multiple communication channels and existing agency platforms. The system must integrate with Cisco phones for audio and visual alerts, desktop and laptop computers for audio and visual alerts, and cell phones. Additionally, the system must integrate with the agency's current Emergency Alerting and Accountability System and Vocera, and the contractor must perform an enterprise risk assessment. This procurement is set aside exclusively for total small businesses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All work under this contract must be performed offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not provided specific key dates or predefined evaluation criteria in the solicitation.
