Cloud-Based Adult Education SaaS Platform

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a cloud-based adult education Software as a Service platform to support the adult education component of the Family and Child Education program. The agency needs evidence-based instructional resources that support adult learners with diverse educational and workforce goals in classroom-based, hybrid, and distance learning environments. This platform must provide instructors, site administrators, and the national office with tools to manage learner instruction, monitor progress, track participation, and generate reports. The scope of work requires a scalable software solution capable of supporting all current and future program sites. The platform must integrate with the existing program data management system to facilitate national reporting, site reporting, dashboards, and program evaluation. The agency is contracting for a one-year period of performance, and the work will be performed offsite. The agency has set aside this procurement exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will evaluate submissions based on these requirements.
