The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based physician compensation management software solution with comprehensive policy and procedure support. The project aims to implement an automated, transparent, and scalable system that standardizes physician compensation governance, oversight, and operational workflows. This initiative will support organizational strategy, financial sustainability, and physician engagement while streamlining integration with existing HR, payroll, and financial systems. The scope of work requires a customizable rules engine to manage multiple compensation models, including base salary, collections, quality incentives, call pay, and administrative stipends, across various specialties. The software must deliver dashboards and reporting for finance, compliance, HR, and physician leadership, alongside real-time tracking of productivity, quality, and incentive metrics. Additionally, the system must support scenario modeling for new hires, contract renewals, and strategic planning, while incorporating automated Fair Market Value benchmarking, commercial reasonableness tools, audit trails, workflow approvals, and role-based secure permissions. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite under a contract lasting for a period of one year.
