The agency is seeking a vendor to provide B2B agent training platform administrator services to maintain, support, and scale a customized, mobile-responsive B2B e-learning platform powered by the Braeze software system. This initiative supports a global brand through a statewide marketing framework designed to streamline regional efforts, reduce overlap, and maximize reach. The platform must fulfill strict state technical compliance standards and data management practices while hosting an ambassador and front-line training program. The scope of work requires hosting the platform via Amazon Web Services utilizing compliant PHP, HTML, and MySQL frameworks. The platform maintains approximately sixty minutes of core instructional content and houses itineraries, media assets, maps, webinars, and podcasts. The administrator must perform platform-wide content updates twice annually, manage accounts, handle system operations, and provide a shared project dashboard for real-time transparency. The system must also operate a real-time analytics panel allowing staff to export user performance data directly to CSV and Excel formats. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The performance of the contract work can be conducted either onsite or offsite. The agency is funded for this contract via the legislated tourism marketing performance account and is currently looking for budget proposals.
