Bidders must be Canadian organizations to meet the onshore eligibility requirement. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to obtain the official request for proposals document without a watermark. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for three years.
