Global - Technology Access Centres Service

The Ontario government authority is seeking a vendor to provide technology access centres services to support research and development partnerships between post-secondary institutions and businesses. The agency needs to establish programmatic data feeds to populate college research facility profiles on its platform and requires support for communications during discovery, user research, and onboarding. Additionally, the agency is looking for input, advice, and guidance to establish the technology infrastructure and data collection requirements necessary for these partnerships. The scope of work covers consulting on the development of research capacity templates to serve as a model for university use of the platform. The selected partner must also consult on and support the program design, activities, framework for engagement, project management, and outcomes reporting. All work will be performed offsite. The opportunity is open to global bidders worldwide. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit any questions no later than July 2, 2026.
