Cybersecurity Tabletop Exercises Services

The government authority located in Santa Ana, California, is seeking a contractor to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate regional cybersecurity tabletop exercises. The agency needs to address preparedness gaps across critical infrastructure, operational technology, and multi-agency cyber incident response. To solve this, the contractor must deliver exercises that align with homeland security exercise and evaluation program standards and incorporate realistic, scenario-driven injects tailored to the region's operational environment. The scope of work covers three core exercise scenarios to support regional preparedness. These scenarios include a cyber transportation exercise focusing on operational technology, traffic lights, airports, and the Orange County Transportation Authority. The second scenario is a cyber water exercise focusing on operational technology, water control, and cyber incident response. The third scenario is a public safety cyber incident response exercise involving all law, fire, and health agencies responding to a large-scale cyber incident. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span three years.
