Telefundraising Service

The Houston, Texas government authority is seeking a telefundraising partner to support the agency annual giving program. The agency needs to reactivate, retain, grow, and steward its donors through high-quality calls and experiences. Callers must understand and articulate the agency mission, ensuring every call reflects why the work matters. The scope of work requires the partner to provide strategic insights, analytics, and creative and production services to enhance telefundraising initiatives. The selected partner must analyze the donor file to identify and refine target audiences for each phone campaign. Specific deliverables include executing two reactivation campaigns for lapsed donors, launching a campaign to convert one-time and lapsed monthly donors into recurring monthly supporters, and executing an upgrade campaign targeting active monthly donors. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected partner will perform all work offsite. The contract period will run for one year. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders had to submit all questions no later than June 30, 2026.
