Newsletter Design Services

The township is seeking a vendor to provide newsletter design services for its quarterly publication. Each issue will consist of either 32 or 36 pages, with the township providing all text and photos. The design must adhere to the agency's brand and style guidelines, incorporating specific elements such as a cover page with teaser headlines and an inside front cover featuring a Community Corner and masthead. The scope of work requires the creation of typography hierarchies, various story layout sizes, photo layouts with captions, graphic dividers, pull quotes, callout boxes, and sidebar designs. The vendor must also design class, program, or event content based on Microsoft Word documents containing titles, descriptions, and registration details. Deliverables must include draft files in low-resolution, editable PDF format to facilitate feedback from the township teams. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of two years. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
