Public Health Consultants Services

The Village of Sussex, Wisconsin, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive public health consulting services. The agency requires assistance with community health assessment and improvement plan development, strategic planning, and workforce development planning. The selected partner will also support public health accreditation efforts and perform needs assessments and gap analyses to improve community health outcomes. The scope of work covers extensive grant-related services, including research, identification, application development, and submission support. The agency also requires grant administration, compliance monitoring, and both federal and state grant reporting. Additionally, the service provider will handle performance measure tracking, program evaluation, public health data analysis, and community engagement and stakeholder facilitation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
