API Management Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a replacement API Management platform that ensures continued security, supportability, and long-term sustainability. The project covers discovery and planning, platform implementation, and migration and testing. The selected partner must assess the current API management environment, define the target architecture, and develop a comprehensive implementation and migration strategy. For the platform implementation phase, the agency requires the configuration of the API gateway, developer portal, and security. The scope of work includes integrating Okta, Datadog, ServiceNow, and continuous integration and continuous delivery tools. The vendor must also establish governance policies and standards to guide the new platform. The migration and testing phase requires the vendor to migrate and validate existing APIs. The agency expects the performance of thorough functional, security, and performance testing. All work must be performed offsite, and the agency is looking for proposals to define the budget. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contract period will span three years.
