Energy Management Software

The University is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based energy management software solution. This interactive, internet-accessible computer program must remain available to personnel twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred sixty-five days a year to assist in managing energy usage. The software must automatically collect the University's monthly utility accounts and parse this data to generate functional dashboards and reports of energy usage. The requested solution must integrate directly with utility meters to capture their readings. While the University provides historical meter numbers across campuses as examples, these figures do not guarantee the final number of campuses that will utilize the software upon contract completion. The agency is offering a contract period of two years for this project. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the University is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
