RFI for Enterprise Geospatial Support Services - Sources Sought

The United States Coast Guard is seeking information to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing enterprise-wide geospatial support services. The agency needs to support its command centers, safety units, and Response/Prevention capabilities through specialized technical expertise. This initiative aims to solve the agency's need for integrated geospatial web development, user training, and backend data advisory support. The scope of work covers front-end geospatial project support, web GIS development, and the creation of front-end user experiences. Additionally, the agency requires backend data advisory and support, data security compliance, web publishing compliance, and end-user training to build internal capacity. All performance of the work will occur offsite. The agency has set aside this procurement opportunity exclusively for Total Small Business concerns. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget, nor have they established key evaluation criteria or submission dates in this sources sought notice.
