Retail, Mobility, Demographic, and Market Analytics Platform and Services

The agency is seeking a subscription-based software platform and services to deliver location intelligence, demographic analysis, consumer behavior insights, mobility data, and economic development analytics. This platform will solve the agency's need to support economic development, tourism, parks and recreation, retail recruitment, and strategic decision-making activities. The system must include user permissions, role-based security, administrative account management, and unlimited access for designated users. The requested scope of work covers analyzing visitor and consumer movement patterns, evaluating trade areas and market conditions, and identifying retail recruitment opportunities. The platform must also assess economic development prospects, generate demographic and psychographic reports, and support planning, development, and tourism initiatives. Additionally, the system must compare local market performance against regional and national benchmarks, analyze events and activations, and assist with site selection and real estate analysis. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span one year.
