RFI for Managed Services for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions - Sources Sought

The United States Merchant Marine Academy is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide end-to-end managed services for its PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment. The Academy needs a partner to operate and manage the hosted application and platform services while providing production support, incident resolution, service requests, and break-fix services. This initiative aims to maintain system stability, security, compliance, and audit readiness in alignment with Academy policies. The scope of work covers application managed services, environment and platform management, and scheduled agency updates. The selected provider must perform critical patching, regression testing, and deliver enhancements and minor projects. Additionally, the Academy requires on-demand functional guidance across various Campus Solutions modules, eliminating the need for full-time functional consultants for every individual module. The service provider must manage requirements, deliver solutions, ensure work item traceability, and establish success criteria and validation processes. Eligible organizations must be based onshore within the United States, and all work must be performed offsite. The Academy is currently seeking budget proposals to determine the cost of these services, and specific evaluation criteria and key dates will be defined in subsequent procurement phases.
