The project aims to solve the need for a modern, professional, and user-friendly interface that is responsive across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. The selected vendor must provide a scalable Content Management System allowing authorized personnel to update content, integrate social media feeds, and migrate existing website content, files, media, and archives. The scope of work requires compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the implementation of routine vulnerability scanning and patching to protect against unauthorized access, ransomware, and web attacks. The agency requires ongoing technical and content support, assistance with digital communications and public relations strategies, and recommendations for ongoing website improvements. Additionally, the platform must feature a public listing of employment opportunities with position filtering, search functionality, online application submission capabilities, and downloadable job descriptions. The system must also include an organized, searchable directory with mobile-friendly access and integration with Google Workspace for Education for identity log-on. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of two years.
