Website Redesign, Management and Maintenance Services using CMS

The Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is seeking a consultant to provide website redesign, management, and maintenance services using a content management system. The agency needs a user-friendly, mobile-first, and fully responsive website to serve as its primary digital marketing platform. This platform must support visitor engagement, destination awareness, lead generation, and partner promotion while highlighting destination pillars like beaches, outdoor adventure, arts and culture, and culinary experiences. The scope of work requires a comprehensive audit of all existing website content, an SEO and AI copy audit, and a competitive analysis. The selected consultant must develop an original content strategy, migrate existing content, optimize technical SEO, and design a meetings-focused microsite for the Bradenton Area Convention Center. Additionally, the agency requires the primary staff assigned to the project to travel to the market for an in-person discovery tour. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span one year.
