DroneSense Software Licenses Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide DroneSense software licenses service for a contract period of five years. The agency requires a system environment and processing that is isolated from other customer instances, with regular encrypted data backups and recovery. The software must not use any form of artificial intelligence now or in the future without written consent from the Chief Information Security Office and Counsel. The scope of work covers three specific license types, including Class 1 UAS Licenses for core supported drones and Class 2 UAS Licenses for advanced devices with enterprise-level functionality such as the DJI Matrice and Autel Max series. The third license type is Screen Share Only, which must enable screen share casting from any open mobile application to OpsHub with unlimited viewers, pilots, and video sharing. Vendor staff and candidates must have unique user accounts, and multifactor authentication must be implemented for all vendor staff with access. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite within the United States. Bidders must also maintain their own data breach notification policy.
