Cloud-Based Tutoring Software

The University is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, off-the-shelf tutoring software platform to recruit, schedule, and facilitate tutoring sessions for tech students. The system must support a peer-to-peer model where both tutors and tutees are tech students, connecting students in need of academic help with contracted student tutors. The platform must accommodate up to 10,000 unique students per semester, allowing students to request at least three tutoring appointments per week per class for either online or in-person sessions. The requested software must facilitate scheduling, evaluations, hiring, tutor training, and the onboarding of an unlimited number of student tutors. Onboarding requirements include contract hiring, transcript checking for course verification, and a two-hour paid asynchronous training aligned with College Reading and Learning Association standards. Bidders must provide a detailed implementation plan that includes key milestones, a training schedule, and go-live support. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Work will be performed entirely offsite, and proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
