Multifactor Authentication Platform

The agency is seeking a secure, user-friendly Multifactor Authentication platform to enhance cybersecurity protections for municipal operations, employee accounts, remote access, cloud applications, and administrative systems. The selected vendor must provide, implement, configure, and support a turnkey solution for approximately seventy users and workstations across agency departments, with built-in scalability for future expansion. The scope of work covers project management, assessment and planning, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing support. The requested platform must be commercially available, currently supported, and integrated with Microsoft systems. It must feature a centralized management console, audit logging, reporting dashboards, role-based administration, policy-based authentication rules, and high availability options. The system must also support secure cloud or on-premises deployment, user provisioning and deprovisioning, self-service enrollment, and optional self-service password reset integration. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
