The agency requires these dashboards to be ADA compliant, accessible, and optimized for usability by non-technical audiences using clear visual hierarchy and plain-language explanations. The scope of work covers the creation of dashboards that address specific policy or operational questions, utilizing interactive filters, drill-downs, exportable tables, and role-based access controls. The selected vendor must also establish a defined data refresh schedule and document dashboard maintenance and update procedures.
